Company Knowledge Assistant

Stop being the company search engine.

Staff ask in English. Answers come from your files — handbook, prices, opening lists — not from the open internet. $500 – $2,500 to set up, $49 – $299 a month to keep it current.

Useful questions

“What is our rate?” “What is the closing checklist?” “Who is the vendor for this?” Answers draw on the files you approve for the assistant.

Keep a person in the loop

The assistant can be wrong. Staff should check prices, policy, and consequential answers against the source. This is internal Q&A; it does not replace a lawyer or act as a public website chatbot.

Setup depends on document volume and condition. The quote names one setup fee and one monthly fee.

Questions before you start

Will it make stuff up?

It can. We tune it to stick to the files and we tell staff to check anything that sounds like a new policy. Not a guarantee of zero errors.

Can customers use it?

This SKU is internal. Public chat is a different product.

What if our PDFs are a mess?

Then setup sits at the high end, or we sell documentation first (§9.1).
