The contact form asks for name, email, optional phone and website, service interest, and message. The snapshot form asks for name, email, and a site URL. Those details are emailed to info@properpete.com from forms@properpete.com and stored in an operator lead log on the server.
Paid $29 and $99 reports are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the email and site URL needed to deliver the report. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page, not on this site.
This live site uses Matomo on hits.properpete.com to count visits. Ordinary request logs may be kept for security. Retention for form mail follows the mailbox. This policy is still DRAFT until attorney review.
