The free snapshot is not a paid product. The $29 report and $99 walkthrough are digital deliveries. The automated PDF usually arrives by email within minutes of confirmed payment. The $99 package includes a recorded 15-minute walkthrough delivered within two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If we cannot deliver the purchased report or walkthrough, we will refund the undelivered purchase. For duplicate charges or report problems, email support@properpete.com with your order reference so Pete can review and resolve the issue. Quoted work, technical fixes, and monthly monitoring follow the written engagement terms.
